Statistical analysis of MALDI imaging data

Bruker and SCiLS GmbH are exclusive partners in the field of MALDI imaging. The SCiLS lab 2D software is an integral part of Bruker’s MALDI molecular imager solution, it integrates with the flexImaging software. SCiLS Lab is the software for advanced statistical analyis, visualization and interpretation of MALDI-imaging data of any size.

SCiLS Lab can perform baseline correction, normalization, peak picking, spatial denoising, statistical clustering, and calculation of co-localized m/z-values. In a 2D study, SCiLS Lab visualizes m/z-images and segmentation maps by overlaying them with co-registered optical images for histological or morphological analysis.
