FLEXI-BAR® is power, fun, dynamics and a magic wand against back pain at the same time. The lightweight 1.5-meter-long fibreglass bar has endless applications and training possibilities, and can be individually integrated in the course of the day.

In addition to deep musculature, problem areas such as the belly and buttocks also get a workout. The chest and triceps also receive training, increasing metabolism in the long term.
Specially developed exercises strengthen the buttock muscles at a deep level, rapidly stabilize the spine, improve posture, and are ideal for preventing back pain and disc problems.

Noticeable centrifugal forces are in play when you train with FLEXI-BAR® and the body momentarily tries to balance them. This activates even the most rarely used muscle fibre. It is highly effective but gentle training that is fun for children and can be used as a support measure for training to recover after pregnancy. Just three 10-minute training sessions per week are sufficient to achieve a completely new body feeling and ensure optimum workout efficiency.

The training plans were developed by recognized sports physiotherapists and researchers, and are specially adjusted according to age and fitness level, so that both beginners and advanced users are guaranteed excellent training results. The exercises can be done while sitting, standing, in motion or balancing.
